  報(bào)告摘要: 

  決策過程中,估計(jì)誤差表示實(shí)際結(jié)果和預(yù)期之間的差別(包括獎(jiǎng)賞估計(jì)誤差和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)估計(jì)誤差)。在模糊決策中,估計(jì)誤差可以被人腦表征,并被學(xué)習(xí)從而更新預(yù)期和優(yōu)化決策。然而,估計(jì)誤差的表征和學(xué)習(xí)的神經(jīng)機(jī)制仍不清楚。本文中,兩組被試在fMRI環(huán)境下分別完成了愛荷華博弈任務(wù)(IGT)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策任務(wù)(RDT)。IGT中估計(jì)誤差被表征且被學(xué)習(xí),而RDT中估計(jì)誤差僅被表征。因此,通過比較兩個(gè)任務(wù)中兩種估計(jì)誤差的相關(guān)腦區(qū),可以獲得估計(jì)誤差表征和學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:(1)估計(jì)誤差表征相關(guān)腦區(qū),即估計(jì)誤差相關(guān)腦區(qū)中,IGTRDT的共性部分,包括尾核、前腦島和右側(cè)顳上回。估計(jì)誤差學(xué)習(xí)的腦區(qū),即只在IGT中與估計(jì)誤差相關(guān)的腦區(qū),包括喙側(cè)前扣帶回、后扣帶回和左側(cè)顳中回;(2)表征過程中,兩種估計(jì)誤差具有獨(dú)立的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ);而學(xué)習(xí)過程中,兩種估計(jì)誤差具有共同的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。此外,不確定性等分析驗(yàn)證了估計(jì)誤差表征和學(xué)習(xí)的不同功能;tDCS實(shí)驗(yàn)支持了估計(jì)誤差學(xué)習(xí)腦區(qū)的必要性。我們的結(jié)果給出了人腦對(duì)估計(jì)誤差的表征和學(xué)習(xí)的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。 

  報(bào)告人簡介: 

  Dr Zhang started to research on the neural basis of high level cognitive process when he was a graduate student. Upon completion of his doctorate in biophysics at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2005, he was invited to be a visiting research fellow at the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIH/NIDA) where he continued his research about the neural basis of nicotine addiction using multiple neuroimaging tools. In 2010, he joined the faculty at USTC and was invited to be the professor/PI in life sccience school and the chief of the cognitive neuropsychology lab. He currently is focusing on the neural basis of the decision making in drug and behavior (game or internet) addiction. His research has been published in Biological Psychiatry, Neuroimage, Human Brain Mapping, Plos ONE, etc.
